Homefoodio is a marketplace platform. We connect Home Cooks and Customers. All responsibilities related to order placement, payment, and delivery rest with the respective parties.
All payments are processed securely. An order is considered confirmed once payment is completed.
Refund requests can be made within a specified time after delivery. Refund approval is at the Admin's discretion.
Maintaining food quality, hygiene, and delivery times is the vendor's responsibility. Homefoodio is not directly liable for food quality.
Homefoodio reserves the right to suspend any account for violations including rule breaches, fake reviews, or payment fraud.
